A broken shower handle made it tricky to manage water flow, which could be a pain if you’re not a fan of cold showers. Plus, the fitness center feels cramped next to the laundry, with just a box fan to alleviate the heat from dryers, which doesn't create the most inviting workout space.

Great location near numerous food options without being overwhelming. The two-bedroom suite provided ample seating for our group and well-defined areas for work and relaxation. However, we encountered issues with cleanliness, including dirty dishes in the kitchenette and unpleasant surprises under the couch. I loved how easy it was to explore Waterfall Park and enjoy a meal at nearby Smokehouse Barbecue, which made my stay feel fulfilling and effortless while strolling through the area. the small kitchen in my room was also a nice touch for a solo traveler like me.

The kitchenette made our stay super convenient, and the pool was perfect for family fun. Loved the game area for kids! The place felt clean and well-maintained.

We had a pleasant four-night stay while visiting family. The kids loved the spacious layout of our room and enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Breakfast options were varied, and the coffee was really good. It was great having a home-like kitchenette to use while traveling with our grandchildren.

My kids wished the outdoor pool was open for swimming. With a busy family schedule, it's always nice to have that as an option, especially when the weather is warm.

We had a fantastic time staying here while catching a couple of Royals games. Our suite had plenty of space for everyone, and the location is super convenient with tons of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and offered great tips for exploring the area.

The only downside was the internet connection. it was a bit shaky when we needed it for planning our outings.

the staybridge suites offered great breakfast options, and the fitness space was well-equipped with free weights. our one-bedroom king suite was nice and spacious, making it comfortable for our family with children. plus, the location was convenient for local attractions.

I really loved that the hotel was just less than a 5-minute walk from the Independence Center where I enjoyed plenty of shopping and local dining options. It was only about 4 km away from the beautiful Waterfall Park, perfect for a weekend stroll taking in the fresh air and scenery.

It was just a good match for a couple of nights in Independence with excellent value for money. The big living room with a kitchenette was perfect for storing leftovers from dinner. A tip, check for any housekeeping policies upon arrival to avoid surprises.

I loved the cozy fireplace area and the free wine at Social Hour. the nacho bar was a nice touch! The kitchen in my room was excellent for home-cooked meals. Definitely, I’ll come back!
